CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
DEARBORN MI, MI
Provide support to existing clients and to assist them with any needs. Follow up with clients regarding project status, issues, etc. Provide customer service to the client as needed.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:
Constantly communicating with clients on any printing needs
Communicates with clients on completion dates and any delays or issues
Confirms project details and expectations from customers and clearly communicates those to production.
Supports department in other activities areas as needed.
Requirements of the Customer Service Rep:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year work experience in a customer service or professional environment.
Solid communication skills concise verbal and written skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across departments to meet established and changing deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.

Schedule of the Customer Service Rep:
Monday- Friday 8: 30am-5: 00 pm
Compensation of the Customer Service Rep:
$15.00 per hour
