Customer Service Representative

Plymouth, MI

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for data entry, faxing, scanning, email, filing and assisting with other duties as assigned. Must have previous data entry/customer service experience, great customer service skills, professional demeanor and great computer skills.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers
Entering all data into the computer
Scanning and faxing documents
Answering all incoming calls
Assist with any additional projects assigned

Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:

Strong customer service skills
Good problem-solving skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Ability to help out with whatever tasks come up to get the job done
Ability to take direction from and cooperate with supervisors, clients and employees
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with a sense of urgency
Requires prior data entry experience
Must be punctual and possess a positive attitude with the eagerness to learn and grow within the position
Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and sit in an office environment
Able to pass a drug screen

Schedule of a Customer Service Representative:

3-5 days per week

Compensation of a Customer Service Representative:

$12-$15 per hour based on experience
