CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
DEARBORN MI, MI
Our client, an industrial printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to provide support to customers and the sales team, process orders, monitor projects through production process and addresses customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction, facilitate the flow of internal and external communications, such as inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails and coordinates required services
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Support Specialist:
Confirms project details and expectations from customers and clearly communicates those to production.
Maintains and updates status on projects for sales, customers and management.
Follows up on any issues requiring action.
Coordinates activities to meet deadlines and provide prompt responses.
Supports department in other activities areas as needed.
Requirements of the Customer Service Support Specialist:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year work experience in a customer service or professional environment.
Solid communication skills concise verbal and written skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across departments to meet established and changing deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of MS Word, and Excel.
Customer Service experience helpful.
Schedule of the Customer Service Support Specialist:
Monday- Friday 8: 30am-5: 00 pm
Compensation of the Customer Service Support Specialist:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
