CUSTOMER ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
DEARBORN MI, MI
Provide support to new clients and to setup projects to be completed. Follow up with clients to gather all information, create project drafts and send to clients for approval. Provide customer service to the client through the initial print stage.
Responsibilities of the Customer On Boarding Specialist:
Discusses client needs over phone, via email and in person
Creates initial drafts of projects needed for production
Confirms project details and expectations from customers and clearly communicates those to production.
Hands off client to customer service rep once projects are generated
Supports department in other activities areas as needed.
Requirements of the Customer On Boarding Specialist:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year work experience in a customer service or professional environment.
Solid communication skills concise verbal and written skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across departments to meet established and changing deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.

Schedule of the Customer On Boarding Specialist:
Monday- Friday 8: 30am-5: 00 pm
Compensation of the Customer On Boarding Specialist:
$15.00- $17.00 per hour
